Rules on the Game Servers of the Xevento Network


(§1) - Applicability

§1.1 >> These rules apply to all servers of the Xevento Network.

§1.2 >> By playing on the Xevento Network, the player accepts these rules and commits to adhering to them.

§1.3 >> The server administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time!

§1.4 >> Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties imposed by Xevento team members.

(§2) - Penalties

§2.1 >> These penalties are enforced with appropriate severity and justification by team members.

§2.2 >> There are various penalties on this network, including bans (temporary & permanent) and kicks.

§2.3 >> If a player feels a penalty is unfair, they may submit an appeal at "forum.xevento.net".

§2.4 >> Rule violations on the game mode "xServers" are generally handled by the owner of the server in question. The Xevento server team does not intervene in such cases.

§2.5 >> Rule violations are only sanctioned if a player feels neglected or unfairly treated due to the offense.

§2.6 >> Permanent bans are equivalent to issuing a "virtual" house ban.

(§3) - Behavior on Xevento Network Servers

§3.1 >> Exploiting bugs is prohibited and must be reported immediately on the forum.

§3.2 >> Cheating in any form is prohibited throughout the network.

§3.3 >> Racist or sexist structures are strictly forbidden!

§3.4 >> Spawn/Tpa traps are not allowed!

§3.5 >> Forming teams in modes where teaming is not allowed (e.g., NoTeam-SG, BedWars) is prohibited!

§3.6 >> Unfair behavior in any form is prohibited.

§3.7 >> Griefing is forbidden, except on the "PvP Server" (excluding secured areas of players/clans).

§3.8 >> Using purchased perks on behalf of other players without their rights is not allowed!

§3.9 >> AFK machines of any kind are prohibited.

§3.10 >> Premium players joining and leaving games to force non-premium players out is prohibited.

§3.11 >> Each account owner is responsible for their account. If another person breaks the rules using the account, the account will still be banned.

§3.12 >> Evading a ban is forbidden and will result in a permanent ban on the second account.

§3.13 >> Unauthorized manipulation of statistics (e.g., boosting) is prohibited.

§3.14 >> Racist, Nazi-inspired, provocative, offensive, or nude skins are forbidden.

§3.15 >> Combat logging is prohibited!

§3.16 >> Lost items are not replaced without clear evidence. This also applies to losses due to joining or leaving islands in the "SkyBlock" mode.

§3.17 >> Using multiple accounts simultaneously is forbidden, except on private xServers.

(§4) - Chat Behavior

§4.1 >> Insults of any kind, whether directed at players, the network, or team members, are prohibited.

§4.2 >> Threats, whether empty or serious, are prohibited and treated equally.

§4.3 >> Radicalism, hostility, sexism, and Nazism are strictly forbidden.

§4.4 >> Spam is not allowed! (Definition: repeated messages with the same or similar content within a short time or sending many messages in a short period.)

§4.5 >> Advertising other servers, YouTube channels, or anything harmful to the server is prohibited.

§4.6 >> Provocative statements (e.g., "eZ," "Noob," or "get rekt") are unwelcome.

§4.7 >> Sharing private information (e.g., surnames, addresses, phone numbers) without consent is prohibited! If in doubt, data protection will be prioritized.

§4.8 >> Sending harmful links or similar is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban from the network.

(§5) - Modifications and Other Additions

§5.1 >> Any modifications that provide players with an unfair advantage are prohibited.

§5.2 >> Using a hacked client is punishable by a ban.

§5.3 >> Modifying Java arguments is not allowed.

§5.4 >> The Schematica Mod is allowed on "xServers" for saving personal builds. However, saving and using others' builds or maps without rights is prohibited!

(§2) - Penalties

§2.1 >> These penalties are enforced with appropriate severity and justification by team members.

§2.2 >> Various penalties exist, including warnings and bans.

§2.3 >> If a user accumulates a certain number of warnings and corresponding penalty points, a forum ban may occur.

§2.4 >> Permanent bans are equivalent to issuing a "virtual" house ban.

(§3) - Behavior in the Forum

§3.1 >> Always be nice and friendly to other members.

§3.2 >> Do not insult or provoke others if you have issues with other members.

§3.3 >> Point out the rules to new members if they make mistakes.

§3.4 >> For specific questions, you can start a conversation with team members for quick help.

(§4) - Creating Posts

§4.1 >> Do not post links or files containing trojans, keyloggers, etc.

§4.2 >> Do not post racist, hostile, Nazi-inspired, or pornographic images or texts.

§4.3 >> Advertising websites, servers, or YouTube channels is prohibited!

§4.4 >> Use appropriate titles for new posts and topics. Titles like "Need help" or "Please read" should be avoided.

§4.5 >> Always name conversations meaningfully. For example, avoid names like "Help!" Topics or conversations with unclear titles may be ignored!

§4.6 >> Avoid post-hunting. Only write meaningful posts relevant to the topic.

§4.7 >> Avoid double-posting. Use the "Edit Post" function instead.

§4.8 >> Do not write meaningless posts. Posts like "I agree," "Exactly my opinion," or "True" are prohibited. Use the Like function instead!

§4.9 >> Jump scares are forbidden.

§4.10 >> Do not write posts that do not contribute to the topic.

§4.11 >> Do not post screenshots from other servers that display their server IPs, e.g., in the scoreboard or tab list.

(§5) - Reporting Players

§5.1 >> Fake reports are prohibited!

§5.2 >> Hacking reports must include clear video evidence.

§5.3 >> Reports for insults or other chat violations require a screenshot as evidence. The screenshot must show the full game screen and the original filename generated by Minecraft. Edited names or cropped screenshots are not accepted.

§5.4 >> For reports of Nazism, advertising, name abuse, spam/caps, etc., a screenshot is required as evidence.

§5.5 >> Player reports must always include clear evidence.

(§6) - Forum Profile/Account

§6.1 >> Using pornographic, racist, or Nazi-inspired profile pictures is forbidden.

§6.2 >> Using animated images (.gif) is prohibited.

§6.3 >> Advertising paid services, personal services, or similar is prohibited!

§6.4 >> Creating second accounts is forbidden and will result in a permanent forum ban.

§6.5 >> Creating fake profiles, such as pretending to be YouTubers or other persons, is prohibited!

§6.6 >> Abusing the Like and Dislike functions is prohibited.

(§7) - Signatures

§7.1 >> No referral links.

§7.2 >> Signatures should not be visually unpleasant. Avoid oversized fonts, overly bright or colorful text, and animated images.

§7.3 >> Signatures must not contain offensive content.

§7.4 >> Signatures must not include any form of provocation or insults!

§7.5 >> Signatures must not be too long (maximum 10 lines with normal font size).

§7.6 >> Advertising paid services, personal services, or similar is prohibited!

(§8) - Shoutbox

§8.1 >> No spamming or using caps.

§8.2 >> The shoutbox is not for support purposes.

§8.3 >> Do not post YouTube videos.

§8.4 >> Do not post jump scares.

§8.5 >> Do not post advertisements.

Rules on the Voice Servers of the Xevento Network

(§1) - Applicability

§1.1 >> These rules apply to the voice servers of the Xevento Network.

§1.2 >> By joining the voice server, the player accepts these rules and commits to adhering to them.

§1.3 >> The administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time!

§1.4 >> Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties (§2.2).

(§2) - Penalties

§2.1 >> These

penalties are enforced with appropriate severity and justification by team members.

§2.2 >> Various penalties include bans, kicks, and moves to other channels.

(§3) - Behavior

§3.1 >> Harassing other users, whether verbally or via text messages, is prohibited.

§3.2 >> Do not insult others.

§3.3 >> Advertising is strictly forbidden!

§3.4 >> Playing music, soundboards, or making disruptive noises is prohibited, except in Music or Fun channels.

§3.5 >> Spam is prohibited!

§3.6 >> Impersonating others, including staff members, is prohibited.
